    Supplementing cardio

This topic has been covered somewhat, but is was discussed mainly around the question of fat burning.

I am sorely out of running shape at the moment. Sorely. I'm essensially looking for a product that is build around cardiovascular performance. I plan on adding jogging and HIIT into my program soon, but I'm looking for something to push me over the top.

I can't think of a product that was built for the purpose I'm seeking. I want to run harder, longer, everytime. BCAA's will help retain muscle mass, ephedrine and other stimulants mainly help with fat loss. Gatorade and that shit is of course a plus, but I'm looking for something on top of that... if AEE can help with oxygen flow, I will consider it in the program. But I'm not sure as to what to look into.

If there is one out there, it would be descrete. As in produced in small amounts. I personally can't think of anything to consider aside from BCAA's and a stimulant...

On lifting days I also take a stimulant (Ready 4 War, good shit, from the makers of Ultimate Orange). So I want to shy away from any more stimulants if possible. I plan on running 3-4 days a week, all days that I am not lifting. 3 day lift sched at the moment.

    Any ideas is greatly appreciated.

If you are out of running shape, walk swiftly for 45 minutes at a time. You can't supplement something for cardiovascular training.
