    Exclamation Best CREATINE Supplement

I've been out of the loop for quite some time regarding creatine and I'm looking to go back on it.

What are some good low-cost creatine supplements?

What is better Creatine Monohydrate or CEE? Who has the best deals on CEE?

    Thanks

I'm 33 years old, 5'-10", and 169lb - I'm fairly lean and have an athletic shape. My goal is to cut down to 164lb in six weeks, w/o sacrificing muscle mass. HELP!!

Hit up a search containing the words CEE, or creatine ethyl ester. There will be enough information here for hours of reading!
