    Quick Creatine Question

    Hello, Ive been taken creatine for about a month now, should this supplement be load, like one month on or one month off? Or should i just finish the bottle and stay off of it for a little while?? Im also taken CE2 with my creatine, any help is much appreciated! Thanks in advance to anyone who answers. . . .

    Creatine does not really need to be cycled. Loading is really just a waste. If you wanted to cycle it, you could do maybe 1 month on a 1 week off.
