    Question on Creatine

Ok, So i bought a supplement.. It was a bottle of Creastack which is produced by the company of GNC.
The main question i have here, is if i dont work out say enough? Am i going to get fat off it?
Another question, One of my friends told me that if you are planning on running/biking or any cardiovascular type of exercises you shouldn't take creatine because one of his friends collapsed because of doing that.
So that also seriously bothers me.. I want to get stronger and more fit at the same time seeing how i weigh about 205, and im trying to get down to 180-190.
So i will be doing cardiovascular every day and if creatine can do that.. i wont be taking it.
    Thanks for all the help

Your friends an idiot, everything is fine dont worry just take your creatine.

You bought just regular creatine, not something loaded with sugar? There should be zero calories. If not take it back.
