    has anyone used both that can give me an unbiased comparison?

    i use ephedra as an energy booster with coffee. Isn't no-xplode a pre-workout energy booster also?

    Ephedra works, thats really all you need to know. Theres nothing ahead of ephedra. I have used it for years, and wouldnt switch to anything else.
