    how many more sups should i take

    I'm 17 i weigh 147 lbs jus started back at the gym after breakin it off with a gf who wouldnt let me go.....i'm lanky lean and gaining muscle from the gym already....i am on a routine were i train a different area everyday except sunday and some saturdays. its a 3 day cycle that i do ab 2 times a week. i take creatine pills by weider and whey protein by 6 star.....any other suggestions to get me big as hell? oh and iv already been offered roids but i turned em down cause ntohin against anyone on em (cause i thought twice b4 turnin em down) but i enjoy fuckin to much for my A-team from the inseem to shrink. so if you can tell me if any a the supps u suggest will shrink my balls i'd apreciate it. thanks you sooo much.
    currently 155 lbs ......goal 165 by november (thanks for the help )

    creatine in pills arent very good. try cellmass. kinda pricey but worth it IMO.

    ty man i work at radio shack so my cash is earned easily...i program bills and windex countertops......so i spend my money somewhat easily

    At 17 and 167, you need 0 supps. Post your exact diet and training program so we can help you gain real weight.
