    super pump

    hey guys my friend is taking super pump and he has to used the bathroom alot he been taking it for 2 days and he started with 2 scoops he says his pump is crazy energy too focus great but it make him poo poo should he start by taking 1 scoop so he can get used to it or he should just get something else and if he has to get something else wat would be the same as super pump something that works like superpump or better i took sp too but i was ok

    Most people get the craps becuase their body is not used to it. Just tell him to hang in there and he will be fine. In most cases, this is a temporary thing.

    Yes, cut back on the serving size, and if the problem continues for more than a week, stop use - there is a problem with metabolizing the volumizers.

    NO-Xplode did this to me no matter how much I took, and I tried it for over two weeks. Superpump somewhat did it, so I just took 1 scoop from then on and it was fine for the most part.

    yea tell him for the first week only take one scoop...but this shit is legit! and the muscle cramps he prob needs to drink more water..cuz creatine will do that to ur muscles also without enough water..

    I've been using SuperPump 250 for a few weeks now and I didn't have stomachal problems at all. Though, I feel it doesn't work for me. IMO NO-Xplode works better for me.

    yes no-xplode is betterbut i've got to take fcking 3scoops of it to feel the effect lmao. i think i need to off cycle it.
