    When should be my pre-workout Shake?

    Hi every body,,, when should be my pre-workout shake which contains 23 GR of protein and 60gram roaled oats mixed with water? I am doing lifting some days and cardio in other days.Thanks,

    For me it's 1½ hours because if it's any sooner I get kinda bloated during my workout. It depends on what you're drinking and what your stomach can handle. If you can, try and keep it 45m to an hour if you can do so without upsetting your stomach, for most people it's a good deal digested but not so late that you won't get the benefit.
