Grapefuit taste like shit imo. When I did take it, I always used grape juice. Other key supplements to take are: whey protein, multivitamins and fish oils. They are more and I am sure others will let you know. John
Both of these are best on empty stomach, first thing in morning and after training
Multi VIT and MINERAL is important
I am so in love with Animal Packs, I also have taken CNP's Pro-Vitals, 2 different packs with different bits for morning and evenings. Think those are better for the lads.
I would call those essentials with the creatine, whey protein and fish oils.
I also like to take:
CLA-conjugated linoleic acid
Glucosamine chondroitein (sp)-Joints
MSM-methyl sulphur metha------- also for joints
Cod Liver Oil with Evening Primrose Oil
Odourless garlic capsule
When dieting
Fat burner
Hoodia
Chromium Picorate
Vandium
Loads of green tea or green tea supplement

Yes I am the supplement queen. I find it ironic to call myself a natty (natural)
Take Cell-tech and nitro-tech those are thats the s**t i been taking it for one week and already have an awesome six pack. Im thinking about taking Anator P70 heard alot of people are getting really buff on that stuff really quick. One guy on another site said he gained 17 pounds of mass in 2 months on Anator P70.
Training and diet is 99% of what you need right now. Cell-tech is pure crap and way over priced IMO. Post a thread in the Deit and Training sections so we can really help you.

I can't help but notice that you base many of your opinions on the fact that you have this "six pack". You do know that just having a low bodyfat % will give you those results. What about your overall results? Any real gains? IMO Cell Tech works (overpriced as hell) but it works ok. There are definately better creatines' to go with for cheaper. ALOT cheaper!!! Nitro Tech works as well but again, $$$ and the taste is horrible compared to many other protines that are out now. Indeed the best and most promising way to go is eat right, lift properly, and get adequate rest.
dude if it taste better in grapefruit go for it...but you should also try some proteins also with the creatine... it inhances the creatine that your taking i recommend trying choc. whey isolate at allthewhey.com the s*%t taste like chocolate milk you should try it...good luck on your workouts

Don't mix creatine with citrus juice. Orange, grapefruit, cranberry, in fact, most fruit juices have been most recently found to neutralize the activity of creatine monohydrate. The reason is the waste product creatinine develops. A lot of you put creatine on your tongue and drink it down with grapefruit juice. If you have taken creatine this way in the past, stop it now! You are not getting creatine, you're getting waste product.
Do mix creatine monohydrate with warm water--in a glass. This is the only way to ensure you're getting the full benefits of creatine in its dry form. Creatine does not have to dissolve to be effective.
Do be sure to drink a full eight ounce glass of good water 8 times a day. Creatine pulls water from other parts of the body to perform its work in cell volumization of the muscle. This is what makes the muscle larger and firmer. Replenish your H2O!
