    Multivitsmins?

I know there's many one-a-day multivitamins but would it be beneficial to take 2 instead of one if u trained a lot.

The reason I ask this it says it's enough vitamins 4 the day but also nutritionists wouldn't tell the average person to consume 1-1.5g's of protein per pound of bodyweight but u do if u want to gain mass so should the same apply to multivitamins?

    Cheers

With vitamins, MORE is not necessarily BETTER.

Your body can only use a certain amount, so any additional of the water soluble vits will be flushed out of your body, and you have to watch the fat soluble vitamins, because those can be stored and an excess of some may cause toxic reactions.

See here for more information on vitamin toxicity.

Remember also that if you consume protein drinks (powders or RTDs), and/or eat protein or meal replacement bars, they are usually also fortified with vitamins. Plus if you're eating a relatively clean/healthy diet, you are also taking in a lot of vitamins from natural sources.

This is also true and untrue. To gain MASS you need to eat more CALORIES than you burn. The amount of protein a person eats is only part of the equation.
