Red face What IM supplements should I stack before working out?

I got the OK from the doc to go ahead and do upper body. Today is Wednesday and I was going to start back up on Sunday. I have CEE, Maximum, and Matrix. Would it be beneficial to load up one one or more of these prior to Sunday? Or should I take 'whatever' the first day I workout?

I would start on the CEE, one dose per day and the AMRx, two doses per day (1 tab AM & 1 tab PM), wait on the MP until training day, in fact I only use MP on my training days, but I use CEE every day.
