    Water baby or chubster?

How common is the gut bloat assosiated with creatine monohydrate?

I've dropped about 6% bf from around 17-18% in the past few months, and don't seem to have much bf left over except from a bit on the gut, and I wondered if some of this could be due to the mono?

I've seen in an old thread that P-Funk, complained of this, and i've read that it can be up to 3-6 pounds of water retention, mostly in the gut area.
Was thinking of getting some CEE next, possibly IM's as i've heard good reports, but i've still got half a 500g tub of mono left.

    Any thoughts?

Mono causes water retention in the muscles, so it's prolly fat.

When you came off the creatine, did you notice a difference when the water retention subsided? If so, how long do you need to be off the creatine to lose the water retention?
