Go with the monohydrate. What are the prices is US dollars?
Hey all,
Im considering purchasing some creatine. I've got a choice of two from the same place I get my whey protein. The first is £2.99 per 100g and is called creapure:
"Creapure® is 99.99% pure Creatine, while other Creatine's are usually around the 99.9% mark."
The other is just basic Creatine Monohydrate, much cheaper at £1.85 per 100g but says that it is 99.9% pure.
So is it worth spending the extra £1 per 100g? or should I get the cheaper stuff and save some money?
Thanx. £2.99 in $ is 5.68 and £1.85 is 3.81
Good glucose tolerance (no problem with carbs causing blood sugar swings):
use creatine monohydrate
Less than stellar glucose tolerance: use CEE, bulk.
