If u have a good diet and u take glutamine are BCAA tablets neccessary?
at the moment my goals are too get stronger and put on some lean mass, that's why u thought it would be a good idea to start taking them.
after I finish this and want to maintain or even begin cutting do u think I could go without them if my diet is up to par?

If you are going to be a bodybuilder, then yes, supplementation continues.
It is estimated that up to 80% of Americans have a micronutrient deficiency, so I would say to continue with supplementation, especially a multi-vit/mineral

If you are using a good Whey Protein powder, then it would contain BCAA's. You could try to supplement with it but it is said you can dissolve and ingest only a small amount at a time.
As for Glutamine. The supp industry makes it seem like a 'necessary' BB supp. But ...
