    pre and post WO stack????

can u please advice me on my current pre and post WO stack?

at the mo I am having glutamine and caffeine 30 mins b4 and then 20-40g of whey with BCAA and creatine (cell-tech) 5 mins b4.

Immidiately after I have glutamine and BCAA's again shortly followed by more creatine, banana, 40-50g of whey.

I then eat a meal with a good combo of quality protein and carbs about an hour later.

    All feedback welcome.

I have heard glutamine is best on an empty stomach and AFTER training.

There is a thread called 'the definitive pre and post work out thread'
