    need info on banned substance

    Hi everyone!

I am new here and looking for some info on some specific supplements, namely...NO Xplode, Cellmass and nitrix.

I am a Taekwondo athlete and was wondering if using these supplements was ok and "not" have any banned substances for competitive athletes according to the USADA (anti-doping agency). It is hard to find definitive answers on this....and figured some of the experts here could help me out.

    Thanks in advance......

well...just looking for some real answers, thats all. I compete at the elite/world class level of my sport and do extensive wieght training to compliment my sport-specific training and want to take some supplements that will not get me in trouble. I have a list of banned substances from USADA....but there are so many variations of substances it is hard to be 100% sure. I am looking for someone who may have some expertise in this area....thanks!

All the above-mentioned are perfectly fine for you to take. One of my customer's who trains with Royce Gracie takes all the ones you listed and more. One of you main areas of concern should be endurance and recovery, which I am sure you know all about.

I wouldn't take them. Muscletech, for example, has had six athletes sue them for contaminated supplements. Isn't worth it, in my opinion.
