I am looking to obtain more definition, more mass, and lower my body fat at the same time. I am currently taking 10g creatine, a day, 5g L-glutamine, 35g whey, multi vitamin, twin lab strength fuel, and one eas edge premade shake a day. My exercise regime consists of hitting each muscle group twice a week. the first time i hit the muscle i will go very heavy with low repetitions, the second time i will hit it with lighter weight and alot of repetitions. tell me what your opinion on this is, thanks
What about BioTest T2 Pro - Thermogenic Formula - which is used to stimulate fat loss through increased levels of thyroid hormones. My BF is at 18%, and I'm trying to get to 5%. I'm doing all the other things diet (low carb/low fat), working out six times a week. (two just cardio). I'm trying to find a supp. to help shed these last pounds of fat and maintain muscle mass.
Looks like you need to get busy doing some research instead of relyin' on other people to give you the answers; and most of the time people only tell you to take or not to take supplements just because they do.
