N Large 2 is great. It will pack on pounds almost instantly. I've been using it for about 5 years now.

I figured you didnt wanna hear stupid answers such as (food). That wasnt even the answer to your question. But a 10lb jug of N Large 2 is lb for lb the best bang for its buck! I pay around $40 and it contains 30 servings.

I have tried their (Prolab) creatine & glutamine, they are okay. If you were looking in that direction, go with Higher Power's Creatine & Glutamine @Bodybuilding.com. It will only cost you $55 for the 2 1000mg jugs.

If you think food is a stupid answer for a mass builder then you're the stupid one. Not to mention food is often more inexpensive than SOME supps. I think he was just trying to help.

When people say food is not giving you a stupid asnwer. It's basically a point of view. For some pople food represent their most important "supplement'. And it should be the most important thing in a bodybuuilder's diet. I've tried differen gainers and after trying and failing and realized that if you don't eat right, no mattter how many weight gainers you take, you WILL NOT gain anything.
So, in other words, what they should say is: Combine the gainer of your choice with the right food and proper training and you'll get results.

    Just my two cents

It's not idiotic because people ask all the time. I've spent money on weight gainers and didn't gain a pound. I finally started simply eating more and put on the weight. No one said he was a fool, just trying to help him out. Not to mention the fact that this stuff has 28 grams of sugar per serving. It's garbage, in my opinion. Thanks.

I used it for a month and it was ok but the pieces of supposed fruit in the shake were really off putting and made me gag. I prefer serious mass by Optimum Nutrition
