Very over priced IMO. There are better choices that will last you longer and less expensive.

There aren't that many studies to actually prove that CEE works better than mono, but based on other's comments. It works! I tried it (CEX by VPX) and it did work for me.
Another forms of creatine out there. You might as well give a try to DiCreatine Malate. You can find that one in a lot of products. Like NO-Xplode, V-12, Superpump 250, etc...

In my opinion, if you really wanna try a combination of CEE (creatine ethyl ester HCl) and NO (nitric oxide) supplements. Go with something cheap first, so that way if you feel it didn't work you won't lose that much money.
Try something like bulk CEE (try www.bulknutrition.com). I haven't tried CEE powder, but I've it tastes nasty, so be aware.
For NO, depending if you like pills or powders.
If you don't mind taking around 6 tablets (it's almost the standard with any NO product). Try Maximum Pump (NO) and IronMagLabs CEE. Check this link:

If you wanna try powder form. Try Universal's Animal Pump (It's cheap around 30 bucks per 30 servings). It contains CEE and TriCreatine Malate.
Or VPX's CEX, also around 30 bucks for 180g which is like 30 servings:

If you want a product with everything in it. Try NO-Xplode (powder form) or Maximum Pump (tablets).
    NO-Xplode

    Maximum Pump

    Hope my post helps!
    Good luck
