    When to take supplements etc

Ok sorry in advance guys/girls but is there any preference to when to take your vitamins etc in the day ????. At the moment i am taking cod liver oil capsules, a multi vitamin and glucosamine sulphate but i usually take these when having my protein shake and creatine, does this make any differance or really matter. I was thinking about taking the vitamins etc first thing in the morning and as usual protein and creatine before and after my gym sessions, any ideas or feedback ladies/gents ??????

I know that fats help shuttle certain vitamins and minerals more efficiently. Keep taking the cod liver and fish oil
