Best time to take my Glutamine?
I am currently cutting so I am doing cardio b4 breakfast and weights early evening.
My question is when should I take my glutamine? The label says 30 mins b4 exercise, immidiately after and b4 I go to bed. So sjould I take b4 and after cardio, weights or both. If the answer is both should I still take b4 bed os will that be too much? Cheers. |

The answer is, a question.
How much glutamine is it? 5g? 2g? Is it in pill form, or powder with a drink? |

Most will say that Glutamine is a waste but whatever, you think is having an affect.
People who do like Glutamine suggest higher doses 20-30 grams a day spread throughout the day. But me personally I wouldn't waste the coin, and would opt for some BCAA's |

Obstacles don't have to stop you. If you run into a wall, don't turn around and give up. Figure out how to climb it, go through it, or work around it.

it's in powder form and it's 5g a go.
I also take BCAA's anyway. I think it's beneficial to take glutamine because I usually do my cardio on an empty stomach so it stops too much muscle break down. |

You get glutamine from your protein powder, if you take that.
I take 5g glutamine post-wo, and 5g before I goto bed. |
