My fiance wants to start taking vanadyl to increase muscularity and vascularity (also fat loss). Have any girls on this site used it? Is it safe for females? Anybody had any good results?
It is perfectly safe for females if used properly...about 5-10 mg at each CARB CONTAINING meal. I feel that Sportpharma puts out the best product. As for results...it is quite mixed. Some get amazing pumps, increased vascularity, and added leanness...others get nothing from it. This is a highly individual supplement, and best used by those on higher carb diets.
