    Pre During Post

    hey guy havent post in a while because i been busy lately with my diet and training im done with m supplements but im tored of switchin supplements all all i want is a good pre during and post workout supplement but i mean good one not any bsn product or gaspari product im thinking in competing in the near future so i need good result can u guy help me here and nothing hormonal or anything im competing in a tested contest thank u

    well im 170 pounds i want to get to 200 then cut down to 180 and compete
