    Withdraws?

    Boot camp in 2 weeks..

I'm on Hydroxycut Hardcore, a multi-vitamin with aminos, L-glutamine, N0-Xplode, Fish oils, L-Arganine and Ornatine (spelling), and of course I take whey.

Should I start dropping these? Cold Turkey? No supps allowed in boot camp =(

Or should I continue to use them to increase my endurance/athleticism and then drop 'em when I have to?

I'm not sure why I take the HH. I'm 6"2 and I weigh 178. I just got measured yesterday and according to the Navy I'm at just around 7% bodyfat. But I'm really muscular, so..

So. Tell me what you guys think?

N0-Xplode has a bit of caffeine as well...

I usually take 6 hydroxycut a day, guess I'll cut it down to 4 a day next week, and 2 a day on the week I'm leaving.

You will not recieve any caffine in Basic!

have you been training? IE... running, situps, pushups?

    On the supps?

Can you perform off the supps?

Have Problems?... Chances are its due to overpopulation

I've trained off the supps, on the supps.

I train with a Chief SEALs mentor here in Missouri.

Run 15+ miles a day, 500+ situps/pushups, and more fluter kicks and pull ups then I dare to count..

I'm mainly using the supplements to keep my weight down, not to keep me going or motivated. I can perform without them just fine =)

just mainly worried about having any effects, like exhaustion or such with these supplements in my blood, then suddenly dispersing them.

Just make it gradual, the best way to fight off addiction is to get rid of the "habit pattern" portion of it. The way you do that is to replace it with something else, in this case just make it multivitamins and fish/flax gels could work real well. After you've gotten used to the switch it should be easier to drop off of those than the more addicting caffeine and creatine.

It's completely up to you. I have a buddy that has quit cold turkey and then I have just gradually worked off of them in the past... Both work, and no matter how and when you do it you are going to have to stop.

I have never had much of a problem coming off caffiene other than your a little tired for a couple days, but I would stop now and give body time to adapt.I don't think you'll find it nearly as bad as you think.

With two weeks to go, just reduce the amount little by little for 14 days to wean yourself off. It is obvious you have strong willpower, so I don't think you have anything to worry about. Best of luck man!

    Thanks bro.

The good news is, I've only been taking hydroxycut for a few days. I dont think I'll have a problem with it.

Well if you run 15+ miles a day you are doing more than most marathon champions.

Other than get off all that shit now and get ready for war.

I highly recommend all IronMagLabs supplements!

In college XC running 100 miles a week is a common thing I think.

That is a little over 14 miles a day.

That is not a year round thing, runners cycle up to that and it takes about a year of very hard and smart work to get to that level....then you run your race and back way off. And we are talking about top runners not some schlub training for his first or second Marathon.

    Dropped the hydroxycut today.

Only have about 5 more servings of N0, gonna finish it out.

Down to basically just vitamins and fish oils.

Sounds like you're going to be alright. You may be able to have some multivitamins in boot. I got sent some one-a-days when I was in basic and my TI (training instructor) let me keep them.

I gained 8lbs in the 7 weeks of basic training though 'cause they made us eat 3 times a day and they served extremely high carb shit every meal and made us stuff it down at the speed of light. Not to mention I was working out for 5 hours a day 6 days a week (split between weights and cardio days of course) prior to going, so the 1 hour of actual cardio 3 times a week wasn't enough to bane the shit they made us eat.

I know you're going through seals training though which is about ohh... 15 times harder than pittly air force basic, but given the great shape you're in and your ability to control your diet... you might get forced into a less extreme regimine causing you to gain a little weight.

Definitely get of the NO at least a month before you go though, it's difficult for moderate trainers to train without it after steady use, so I can only imagine what it might be like for you.
