    do you take a Multi-Vitamin / Multi-Mineral? i do not at the current moment. lol. should you? i think i will start taking this:

    Yes, I couldn't live without it. I was taking GNC Sport multi, but now I'm doing ON's Optimen.

    at one time i was taking one from GNC but not anymore. it was for teens or something.

    I try not to buy anything there anymore. Their stuff is usually way overpriced. I did buy some mucle milk there yesterday though because they are having a really decent sale on it. The vitamin you posted the link for looks pretty good. I may give it a shot next. The ON one seems to be working pretty good though. Actually better than the GNC one did. I think it has more stuff in it.

    i only used one bottle of vitamins before. havnt used any in years. what are they actually supose to do?

    Bridge nutritional gaps mostly, I believe. I also take them for the extra B-vitamins which are supposed to give you energy, as well as a few other things. The Optimen also has saw palmetto, which is to keep prostate function healthy. Lycopene, which I believe does the same thing. It also has raw oyster. I'm not really sure what that's for, but I would imagine for better sexual function maybe... I don't know.
