Ironmaglabs Essence EFA supplement??
Currently, started taking this supp., just wondering about the correct dosage to benefit from it. Label says to take one pill daily and not to exceed 3 a day????

lol, I guess I could have said "Take 1-3 softgels daily".
 I take 3 per day, some people take as much as 6 per day. |

3 a day is what I take too. I really like the fatty acid profile of this supplement.
