Looking for a supplement to achieve a 'ripped' look.
Im new to supplements. Im looking for a supplement to help achieve a ripped look. Im not looking for anything thats going to stack on too much mass or weight.

Yes, I know diet is always the most effective. But Im looking for a little extra boost. If anything, it will work as a placebo. =P

Arginine, citrulline malate , and a non ephedrine fat burner. Your body fat must be low, and your diet must be on task in order to recieve a ripped look.

There are all sorts of fat burners (herbal, over the counter ones), however, I don't really think they work all that well unless you are to that 'close to ripped' bodyfat, which is around 16-17% for women and about 10-12% for men.
It is cardio and diet that will burn fat, there is no magic supplement. Mind set is important in 'being thin' but the placebo effect? If getting 'ripped' was in supplement form, then most people would walk around with definition. Not going to work if you are eating Ben and Jerry's and Maccy D's. x x x T |
