    Powdered BCAA's

I bought a pound of this stuff about 2 months ago from the protein factory. well the taste is bad enough to gag a maggot. has anyone found a successful method to use it ?
I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.

Blend it with your protein shake.

that was the first thing I tried...they totally take over the taste of the entire drink. I can eat or drink any type of unflavored or unsweetend protein drink etc. but these BCAA's are killing me !

How much water do you need to mix it? I would think a "serving" is a relatively small amount of powder.

You could also ask Alex at the protein factory. He may have some suggestions.

To refuse to learn anything that could prove beneficial to yourself is a working definition of stupid!

High-intensity training is going all-out, not almost all out. It is taking one set to one's absolute limit, not almost to the limit. It is using whatever equipment’s available. It is not the words of two or three men, but a commitment to work as hard as possible while in the gym without socializing, resting excessively between sets, or falling prey to the 'this isn't going to work so I'll copy the star' attitude"
