I take them and see no harm in taking them. There is the potential for less Vitamins and Minerals in foods nowadays the way they are farmed and the land is used.

I think a good multi is always helpful. In my job I often don't have time to eat correctly. Therefore I try to get my vitamins through supplements. I think a good Multi, Fish Oil, and depending on my caloric intake for the day a protien shake. Is viagra a vitamin or a supplement??

I take Centrum Performance, B complex, and Ginseng everyday on top of my workout supplements. I drink green tea of some sorts everyday also. I think that you would have to have a very strict-regimented diet to get the recommended daily dosages that a good multi provides.

Ive used both of those, both are quality vitamins and not expensive.

A vitamin is a must IMO, its helpful in filling out the gaps nutrition wise.
