I take them and see no harm in taking them. There is the potential for less Vitamins and Minerals in foods nowadays the way they are farmed and the land is used.
At this moment in time iam taking daily, cod liveroil tablet, glucosamine tablet and a multivitamin tablet. The question is, what are your views on taking a multivitamin tablet?,there are so many articles nowadays for or against it gets quite confusing and im really wondering if its worth while taking them.If my diet is good isnt this good enough...whats your opinions????

I think a good multi is always helpful. In my job I often don't have time to eat correctly. Therefore I try to get my vitamins through supplements. I think a good Multi, Fish Oil, and depending on my caloric intake for the day a protien shake. Is viagra a vitamin or a supplement??![]()

I take a multi vitamin, plus a B-complex and a C along with my EFA (Essence), and several other things.

a multi is a must. some that i like:
now adam
ast multi pro
i take ast in the am with 1gram vit C then in the afternoon a NOW B-100 with a gram of vit C.
I take Centrum Performance, B complex, and Ginseng everyday on top of my workout supplements. I drink green tea of some sorts everyday also. I think that you would have to have a very strict-regimented diet to get the recommended daily dosages that a good multi provides.
viagra is a pick you up or should i say a keep you up....![]()
