    Another Glutamine ?

Should it be taken every day or just on the days of training? I know another stupid question, but hey, if I knew, I wouldn't ask!

I heard glutamine is absorbed best on an empty stomach. Is this true? as i have also heard that 20% of it is wasted when taken on an empty stomach due to stomach acids.

L-Gluatmine needs to be taken on an empty stomach, but peptide bonded glutamine can be taken with food. Our digestive tracts are "glutamine hogs" and will try to "steal" as much as possible. You need to take a decent amount to get it to your muscles!

Its actually quite cheap...especially the money it saves on antibiotics.

I know you don't think much of it as a supplement, but you are in the minority.

How much is a decent ammount. I usually take 5g's in the morning and also 5g's in the middle of the night when i wake up to go for a piss. These are the only times i ever have even a half- empty stomach. Is this enough or should i be going for 10g's a time. Also: Does it matter what you take it with?

It would be good if you can take another 10 grams right after your workout...5 grams before your workout is good too. If it is l-gluatmine take it with water or juice, just not protein or a protein shake.
