    Muscle milk/anagen

I need some help about this muscle milk stuff... Have anyone had any experience with MM?? What about all that fat in it??
And does anyone know anything about this Anagen from Scivation? Does it really work??
I want to put on some lean weight and no body fat at all.

    Thanks,

I drink muscle milk personally as a meal replacement shake which is my justification for the extra calories and fat. If you're wanting more lean mass then stick with 100% whey proteins that are low carb low cal and make your own shakes by adding things like oats and a banana.

When during the day are you working out?

im really not a fan of either product.

muscle milk to me has too much fat in it, i dont care if they are all mct's its still a bit high. add in the controversy surrounding Glycocyamine and to me its a no go. if you have to take it, go with the RTD's they dont have the glyco.

as for anagen, not a believer in that particular ecdy extract, but thats just me.

if you are bulking body fat might come, thats a fact. if you want my opinion, if you are over 21, i would stack Rebound Reloaded / Activate and either Lean Xtreme or Melting Point (to stave of excess fat gain)

if you are dead set on an ecdy based product check out E-Bol or Ecdysten.

I also enjoy Mass Meal of Muscle Milk.
