    Other Supplements

    I'm working out and trying to gain I'm taking whey w/ oats and peanut butter for gainer ( use to use weight gainer but informed to many sugars ) .

    Are there any other supplement good to take for muscle gain, mass, weight gain etc. Or just work out and take weight

    Also any foods suggested

    How old are you? At 130 lbs you should make good gains with just a good diet.

    My imediate answere is to Just Eat! However, you should read the stickies in the diet forum and you will see some bulking info.

    Supps are just that, something to supplement a healthy diet. If you aren't making gains then look in the kitchen.

    Thanks . I've been increasing my calorie and food intake just figured I'd see if there were any tip or supplements to help. Any key foods good to bring into my diet ?

    I used to be a chicken addict. I loved chicken! But through no conscious choice... I now crave beef. I try to get plenty of protein.

    I eat a ton of chicken, tuna, elk & deer.. and of course, beef.

    Lots of yams & brown rice also
