That's a pretty decent multi-vitamin to get.

Vitamins are absorbed in trace amounts to regulate metabolic functions.

I buy 5,000 Multi-Vit/Min at Wally World for $1.49. Take two a day. What else do you need?

Take 2 grams of C, some E, and fish oil... also available at Wally World. That's it.

I take Costco brand "Kirkland Sport" something like that. Its about $12 per bottle (350 vitamins), its almost identical in ingredients to Centrum Performance. It does me well.

I get my vitamins at costco also - more for your money -

Haha yea that's exactly what I was thinking.

I take the Vitamin Shoppe's house brand multi vitamins. I know they work because they turn my pee bright yellow.

That's just one of the B vitamins. I forget which one...

The one with Niacin I'm pretty sure it's B3.

For multivitamines make sure you get something with enough zinc, like 10mg per tablet so you can take two and get 20mg. Also you might want to consider more zinc if you have sex often because you lose a lot in your semen. Take a B complex with your multis for good "energy" health. Any B specific supps aren't very effective by themself which is why the complex is good. Most multis don't give you enough of the Bs to give you noticable benefit. Shoot for at least 400mg of Folic Acid also.

The best Multis are the ones that have a multimineral included, if you find a multi you like that doesn't have a multimineral that's no big deal just buy a multimineral seperate because magnesium, chromium, copper, iron, etc are all beneficial to your health and will help you with your weight loss effort.

The ones to take aside from your multi (already mentioned) are Vitamin C (1-2g) Vitamin E (1g) and 2g of Omega3 and 2g of Omega 6. Omega 6 is best to get from cold pressed oils rather than a supplement though. So 2g of fish or flax oil should work fine.

it might also be because he's dehydrated that early in the morning.
