    Have You Tried It?

I recently bout 4 different protein bars to try. 3 Musashi bars and 1 Protein Plus bar.

My favourite was the Musashi Growling Dog bar. 22% protein choc flavoured.
The other 2 Musashi left a bad after taste in my mouth, and the Protein Plus bar was average.

Also, have any of you tried the EAS MyoPlex bars?

Tell me your best protein bars.

Unfortunately, bars are shitty for nutrition. I used to love eating those bars, but when I stopped I lost about 6 lbs all from not eating them. Do yourself a favor and stay away from them.

I rarely eat them, but when I do it's Premier protein bars that I get at Costco. They are 20 bucks for 2 boxes...

They'll do in a fix if I forget to make enough food for the day

I grab a handful of Peanut Butter Balance Bars at work when filling in the gaps.

Taste great... full of shit, I'm sure. Better than leftover doughnuts. Hell, I should probably eat some doughnuts, too!
