What's up Jesse? As far the supplements working is a matter of opinnion. Some things work great for some people and other things don't do crap for others. Twinlab is not a big seller this day in time but you can't really go wrong with free stuff. And yes you can take them together. John

My only complaint with TwinLabs is that I felt alot of their supps did not contain the dosages normally effective for what they were trying to achieve.Like recommended creatine capsules with dosages like 2g before we had CEE.

the ripped fuel 5x, i am on my first bottle right now (got2 for free). It is pretty good I think. I can definitely tell i am getting leaner without altering anything. Also it doesnt have a high caffeine content , like other thermos.

I used Twinlab for a while back in the nineties, but there are so many other choices out there now. I'd say use the creatine caps, jeez-they're free, and then go with something newer like CEE. The fat burners do contain rosea, and I have used it for cortisol control, so give it a shot.

doesnt ripped fuel contain herbal equivalent of caffeine?

Isn't creatine and caffeine use contraindicated?. where are the proven studies about CEE? Haven't read one yet, why take CEE?

    pharmaceutical grade creatine works fine.

the best fat burner is not ripped fuel, but good hard training which builds MUSCLE. remember MUSCLE burns fat, far better that gimmick - like trash like ripped fuel. come on now! Get to the gym now!
