    Creatine : Before and After?

Is it advisable to take creatine (particularly cell tech) before and after your workouts even though you're in your maintenance stage?

The recommended dosage on the supplement mentions that it should be taken once a day immediately after training but then i've seen and read other pro bodybuilders take it immediately before and after a workout (take King Kamali for instance), i was just wondering if it would make a difference taking it before and after, thanks.

You can just take it post and just some friendly info, there is much better creatine options than Cell Tech.I know all the "pro's" say they use it but thats just an aggressive marketing strategy they use.You can find many creatines much cheaper.

the best way is to take it pre (5g mono, or 3g cee) and then take a small amount post to replenish your creatine stores.

taking a serving in the morning would be accetpable as well.

and yes cell tech is essentially creatine and sugar with a large price tag.

yeah, people used to say load it load it, but there really is no benefit to loading it, you just go through the stuff quicker.

Oh crap, all this time i've been fed to the "loading stage" thing, thanks for the help anyway. Btw, why do some supplements say they have loading stages? is it really to help get it in your system or is it just a way to let you consume the product faster so you can purchase another one?

This topic is still debated very heavy,if I use mono I guess I am a sucker because I still load on it.I may truly be wasting creatine but if nothing else it gives me more of a placebo affect and I don't wander if I am getting enough or wasting my time.So to each his own but many support what nni is saying and I really can't debate it either.

I usually prefer it post workout as well but taking it before isn't that big of a deal on occasion IMO.
