Contains caffiene and L-Arginine and is used as a pre workout supp for the energy and the pump it creates. It does contain small amounts of creatine.

Yes but you may find it hard to get motivated after you have taken it for awhile. You aren't going to make incredible muscle gains on it though.

If you want something like NO Explode try Iron Mag Labs Maximum Pump.I haven't personally tried it but it's cost effiecient and I have heard good things about it.You may also want a cheap protien powder like Optium's 100% Whey and a multi vitamin. It wouldn't hurt to get some creatine either. Most prefer creatine ethyl ester but regular monohydrate would be ok as well.I would start there.

Creatine is in no way shape or form a steroid.I would consider it for what your interested in.

This is extremly true...i took the stuff for like 5 months. Tried getting off of it. I found that i couldnt work out the same without it. Its kinda addicting, but its just not the same with out it.

Yeah creatines an essential amino acid, which isnt harmful to the body unless you have previous conditions. The ethyl ester has less water retention and has more solid gains as opposed to the monohydrate which seems to retain more water. Same with the arginine, its also an essential amino that works great for vessel tone, where I work ive sold it to 80 year olds so you dont have to worry about it being a bother to your body.

any kind of bulk mono will work. scitec makes a good creapure.

if you are going for bulk cee get caps. primaforce has caps, for a powder, save yourself the trouble of the taste and just get xceed.

noxplode has 1 gram of creatine per scoop. really not enough unless you are using 3-4 scoops which is 300-400mg caffeine.

    No Milk, no.
Milk is for babies. When you grow up, you have to drink beer.

if you take mono and nothing happens, no bloat, no strength gains, nothing.
