I have GNC: Creastack.
I already have it so I figure imma use it up. Now I got the directions for the daily usage and stuff .. but any tips?
Should i use pre and post workout or just post?
and on days off do i still need to take it?
Thanks for the help
I personally still load mono which most people don't but after that I would take a serving after my workouts and would still take one serving on non-workout days.I am assuming this is Creatine mono?
yessir it is.. lol
By loading .. what exactly do you mean? By taking a serving before and after workout? or do you take acouple servings before workout and one after or what?

When creatine arrived on the supp scene it was suggested you take 4 servings a day spread out for the first 5 days then maintain at 1 serving daily.Alot of people suggest you don't have to load on it to get it into your system but I always have and will continue because I felt it was beneficial to me.I would make one of those servings within 30-45 minutes after working out.
