Nothing's free... especially offered to a buinch of people .

BTW - I expected a protein bar, or something, from my first large order from this site... all I got was crumpled newspaper from Colorado. I read some of it.

Muscle.com sent me a protein bar for my razorback tee order. I couldn't eat the horrid thing though.

    Nothing's free.

Most of the websites send you free samples with your orders. Some stores like GNC and The Vitamin Shoppe give free samples and Bodybuilding contests, those are the best!

Iron Magazine sends you old crumpled-up copies of newspaper from somewhere in Colorado. I want my "free gift"!

I admit, the bought materials arrived promptly. But, I really didn't want what I'd payed for... just the "unoffered free gift".

    It's expected, right?

Like others have said, from online supplement orders or by signing up to receive free samples online.
