It depends on the user. Myself for example, cannot take them together because I get dehydrated easily from those two mixed. When I do, I get severe headaches, and when that settles in over night, it hurts for a long time. Note: I also drink 2 gallons of water a day, but that is just how my body responds. 5 grams of creatine cannot be absorbed at once either. It's best if you can split the doses up. An example would be maybe a 2:2:1 ratio throughout the day.

Jack Bauer doesn't need supplements. Supplements need Jack Bauer.

Im looking to get the bsn mass stack. Which has no-xplode. nitrix and cell mass. So i would use cell mass and i would only take 1 scoop after my workout. Maybe another one 6 hours after like it recommends.

When Jack Bauer gets in the tub he doesn't get wet, the water gets Jack Bauer.

It is physiologically IMPOSSIBLE to gain 20 lbs of muscle in 4 weeks! Nice try. YOu may have gained 20 pounds in 4 weeks, but not 20 pounds of muscle.

i believe one pound of lbm in a week is near impossible unless you are a new lifter or taking something hormonal (aas / ph etc.). this is what i read from the acsm i believe. so yeah it was probably some water weight + fat + muscle = 20 lbs.
