different supps for different goals what do you want to do ?
I use to drink whole milk, cows milk u know the raw stuff, 4 liters a day, fat was unavoidable. The power went through the roof. Now i dont take anything. What could i really take that i could afford, damn stuff is expensive. I dont have a clue when it comes to supplements, i guess its one big thing that i might be missing, any ideas for a newbie with the idea of taking a supplement? No teq. bs, give it to me in english please and thank you.

well yeah i guess i should have included that, opps. I still want to get more size. I want to get to my goal weight then go for cutting up after that. So size is my goal at this point. Like to settle up in the range of 260 lbs to 280 lbs

brands i use:
creatine- cell-tech(craps to dam exspensive!) so when i'm broke well thats must of the time i buy some prolab or some other good cheap stuff
protien- i use optimun 100% whey buy 10lb bag for about 50$ and that lasts quite awhile
glutamine- i dunno i just buy whatever is cheapest
