    How young? 16?

Just eat and lift like crazy.... you body is naturally "supplemented" to the gills. These are the golden years, take advantage of it.

Get at least 8 hours sleep a night as well.

how old are you. results come from a solid diet, and a solid lifting routine, supplements can only add so much, after all they are called SUPPLEMENTS.

    Nothing. Take nothing.

If you absolutely NEED to take something to make yourself feel better, grab a multi-vitamin, and maybe some Whey.

Like he said, you're in the glory days. Your body is naturally supplemented, you'll get great gains even eating crappy food (for the most part). If anything, taking supplements like Test boosters, Creatine, etc.. it would do nothing but hinder your performance for later on.

Just stick to a good training regiment, and more importantly, a good diet plan. That's where you'll get the edge, is the diet.

Run bleachers at your high school track. Make sure you are doing squats and lunges to improve your 40 yard dash time. Work on fundamentals first like holding on to the ball, and running plays. There is no supplement that will help you with those things. Nobody is trying to get down on you for wanting to get bigger, the reason why you get ridiculed is because we all know there is nothing out there that will turn you into Sean Merriman overnight. Multi-Vitamin and fish oil are key, whey protien might be alright also. You ever hear of Aaron Henry?

hill sprints are excellent, as are straight sprints (weighted ot deterred if you get there, i believe there is an article over at mind and muscle about this) compound lifts (squats, deadlifts etc.) in fact look into ripptoe's training program.

mainly becase its irreponsible to tell a 1year old to take cretine not that i think it to be harmful or that it wont work, just that h doesnt need it until he turns 18.

mono should be used first, cee for non responders or if you dont want bloat and to take a bunch of sugar.

and using the logic that his whole team is using it so he should is wrong on so many levels.

Creatine is not needed until you are 18 or older. You posted in another thread and said something about you have a friend who takes it and I assume hes your age. Well take a look at the rest of that thread. Check out what Trouble says about it. You sure could learn alot from her. This is for sure. Ask every single person around here and they will tell you she is the real deal!

Can i take creatine at a young age?

Check that out. I am all against someone your age using creatine until they are atleast around the age of 19 or 20.

But if you already got it theres nothing we will say that will stop you from taking it. What kind of creatine did you get monohydrate or CEE?

I would say creatine, whey protein, multi vitamin multimineral, you may not need any testosterone booster since you are still very young. Good luck

Yes, I'd say it's better to cycle on and off, each product is different, I prefer creatines that don't cause bloat
