    Shaking from Whey Protein

I've only been taking whey protein for maybe a week at the most and since i've been taking it i start shaking at certain times. Not bad shaking, but kinda that feeling that you get before you get into a fight. My hangs kinda shake and i was wondering if that could be a side effect from the protein or something else

Diet and what other supps are you using?

I can't really give advice as I don't know too much. Try stopping the protein and monitor your progress.

I don't see how whey protein could do that, maybe it's psychological?

Are you taking it instead of food? Maybe you just need something real in you.

Sounds like the something else is lacking to me.

I have never heard of anyone getting jittery from protein either, are you using anything else or are you supplementing several meals with protein powders.
