Tribulus?
I remember reading somewhere that the herb tribulus has the effect of raising testosterone levels...
Anyone take it? How often, etc. |

Depending on your age it can help. Some use it on cycle to help bring back test levels to normal. But if your under atleast 25, it really has no big effects.

No Milk, no.
Milk is for babies. When you grow up, you have to drink beer. Please read and comment on my journal |

trib can work, but it really depends on the percentage of protodioscins contained in the extract. in theory it should help your body to produce more testosterone.
other way to get your body to do this (more testosterone) is to suppress estrogen ( with an ai like rebound reloaded, 6-oxo or nolvedex xt). this is more advanced than using trib. i wouldnt recommend either unless you are into your 20's but i feel that an ai is better than trib, but with more possible negative effects. i beleive ironmag sells a test booster that has gotten some good feedback, and you could also look into our activate which will increase your level of free test, which is very beneficial. hope that helped some. |

![]() right, trib works best for males over 30, although I have received feedback from younger males, like many herbs I think trib can be a "hit or miss" supp. trib is supposed to increase LH levels which in turn signals the testes to produce more test. here is AMRx > http://ironmaglabs.com/anabolic-matrix.php |

At 19, I'd say your biggest risk is wasting money. I love Prince's trib product, but I doubt it or any trib will help you at 19. Your natural test is sky high already. Wait until you are an old fart like me. |

I stack ZMA with 6OXO, its nothing hardcore but it works. You can also throw Trib into the mix that will work also. I'm also 32 years old.

Thats a good PCT for Halo. I just finished Pheradrol and am running almost the same thing as you. I am going to run some Halo also in about 4 months I will probably run something like you as PCT also. I really didnt lose any of my gains, I'm pretty stoked. Did Halo make you feel lathargic?

I cant believe so many people still buy this shit!
IJSNEM, 10(2), June 2000, Copyright © 2000 The Effects of Tribulus Terrestris on Body Composition and Exercise Performance in Resistance-Trained Males Jose Antonio; John Uelmen; Ramsey Rodriguez; Conrad Earnest Full Article Table of Contents for Vol. 10, Iss. 2 Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine the effects of the herbal preparation Tribulus terrestris (tribulus) on body composition and exercise performance in resistance-trained males. Fifteen subjects were randomly assigned to a placebo or tribulus (3.21 mg per kg body weight daily) group. Body weight, body composition, maximal strength, dietary intake, and mood states were determined before and after an 8-week exercise (periodized resistance training) and supplementation period. There were no changes in body weight, percentage fat, total body water, dietary intake, or mood states in either group. Muscle endurance (determined by the maximal number of repetitions at 100Ð200% of body weight) increased for the bench and leg press exercises in the placebo group (p < .05; bench press ±28.4%, leg press ±28.6%), while the tribulus group experienced an increase in leg press strength only (bench press ±3.1%, not significant; leg press ±28.6%, p < .05). Supplementation with tribulus does not enhance body composition or exercise performance in resistance-trained males. |

Haha well regular tribulus WILL increases has been known to help with hormone statements, I took it and my libido went insane even past my peaks, Other than that, it's a great supplement, I used Axis HT, and that had the biggest blend, the estrogen blockers are prestanding other than that, Novedex is really outstanding as well but if you wanna go big , go for p6, have you ever used it?
Oh and by the way I'm 19, it will just make you extremly aggressive and such on. There are some side effects from it tho, such as breakin out on parts of your body, chest etc. |
