Creatine - NOXPLODE

Hi everyone,

Im taking noxplode with contains creatine. Is this product a good source of getting creatine? Have a lot of you had success with this product?

nox contains 100mg of caffeine per scoop. it also contains 1 gram of creatine per scoop. no it is not a sufficient source of creatine. it is a popular pre workout out pump/energizer.

Right man.You can use the NO but also get you some creatine as well because NO is just a good pre workout supp designed to give you intensity and pumps.

what do you recommend for whey protein? for creatine?
