    Question New Supplement - "All-iN1"

    Hi all,

just flicking through this months Muscle & Fitness and I have seen an add for this new supplement "All-iN1", it claims to be better than anything else and cheaper too.

It contains the following per sachet:
40gms Protein ( Whey concentrate, Isolate and calcium caesinate)
    15gms Maltodextrin
    1200mg ZMA
    50mg Ecdysterone
    200mg N-aceytl-cysteine
    50mg aplha liopoic acid
    500mg taurine
    500mg tri-methyl glycine
    500mg MSM
    100% rda vitamins & minerals
    50mg Lactospore Biotics
    5mg Bioperine (bioavailability enhancer)

it claims to be better than buying each of the supps seperately.

It is £50 for 56 sachets

Has anyone tried this? Is it worth the money?

    Cheers

Personally I would not buy it for several reasons but the main one being it is a small unknown company and the quality of the raw materials is very questionable.

I agree with that 110% plus I don’t like or trust any of those all in 1 supplements. I prefer them separately.

Get some protein and creatine, maybe even glutamine. Protein is relatively cheap, specially from Optimum nutrition. And Creatine is very chap. You can get 600g of cratine from ProLab for about $15.

I have used alot of those all-in-one powders & have gotten no results. I am giving one more a try. I t is called COMPLETE WORKOUT. I t has all the stuff list above in it also. I have been using it for the last two weeks on top of a carb powder. I see no strength, recover, or size gains at all. I do see water retention though. I know it is too early to tell . I usually give something a 2 month trial. I do not feel they work though .
Never say never & never give up. There is ALWAYS someone worse off than you !
