Xpand with protein?
Why is it that on the directions for Xpand, it says "for optimal results do not consume within 30 minutes of taking protein" ? I take my p/w shake right after training so does this discount the effectiveness of xpand?
Also, I take one scoop of Xpand during my workout.... is it ok that I don't just chug it right away? I mean the creatine won't denature within 40-45 minutes will it? |

I would guess it's because the two would compete for absorption in your body making them weaker.

ok thanks.. sorry just two more questions:

Finally, if I pre-mix t Nitronx and add a banana and oats (to mix the GI) for postworkout (about 2 hours before I would drink it) than will the creatine in Nitronx have broken down and be useless? How long is creatine stable for? |

the creatine in it will be fine for the 40-45 mints it takes u 2 consume it
