postworkout drink w/ the works

can anyone recommend a good post workout product with high quality protein, fast (or mixture of fast & slow) carbs, bcaa's, creatine, beta-alanine, and citrulline malate?

I highly recommend Replenish. Here's the label information. From the sounds of what you want, Replenish should be right on with a small exception or two.

b-a is more of a pre workout, or 4g dosed throughout the day product. but wbm is right, replenish. i believe discountanabolics will have it in stock in a week.

Is there anything in Serious Mass that I can't get with my home made weight gainer? I use milk, protien powder, peanut butter, oatmeal, honey and banana.

What your taking now for a post workout is great. To be honest, the only reasons i take the serious mass is because its not only a great product but its convenient and i use milk and water so that the nutrients get transported easily. To answere your question i dont think it would do much more than your homemade weight gainer, but it defietely differs from plain whey protien in a sense that its loaded with vitimans/minerals and is loade dwith calories.
