If you didnt have any acne before and all of a sudden it popped up it maybe from creatine. How old are you?

If you're 15, I doubt it's from the creatine... Never heard of that happening as a side effect... Plus, most would say at 15 you don't even really need it.

I've studied the effects of creatine supplementation and I have never encountered a direct side effect of acne. It does pull more fluid in the muscle cells which could leave your body's resevoirs with a less amount of fluid and maybe your skin reacts to dehydration with acne? I doubt that is the truth but that is my only rationale on the subject.

but have you increased your daily water intake since you started creatine supplementation?

On a bottom line, you are 15. I'm assuming you are going through puberty and acne can be a common thing to experience in that time of your life.

Up to 3 gallons a day? I hope you are sweating alot because that could be grounds for screwing with your intracellular eloctrolyte levels.

Also, if your body is requiring up to 3 gallons of water repletion make sure you're ingesting enough sodium. That probaly isn't an issue though.

I noticed scrambled eggs give me pimples. Maybe it's something you're eating.

if you are using mono, with a dextrose, its a very good likelihood that the sugar is possibly instigating the acne. I know when I used to eat sugary foods, I'd break out.
How old are you anyway?

I agree. If it is a flavored creatine, I would venture to say its the sugar.

What is the deal with kids taking creatine these days anyways? Dont they know theres no need for it at that age? A simple diet and good training fundamentals will do more for you youngsters than creatine ever will.

We're also saying that you should think twice about the nutritional supplements you use because it may not be reacting well with your chemistry...you fucking impatient dummy....with all due respect of course.

I'm curious how much creatine this kid is taking.

Creatine never gave me acne.
