Stimerex-es questions

I started using this supp about 2 weeks ago and have a couple of questions. It says to take 1 tab 3x daily but i only seem able to really handle 1 tab 2x daily. Will i still get effective results doing this or must i take 3x daily? I also have another question i will paste in the ingredients and the question is should i also include a 80mg aspirin with it what would be the benifits of doing so if any thanks again for this great forum and help i have gotten from it

One tablet supplies the following ingredients:
Servings Per Container: 90

Sida Cordifolia Extract (leaves) (25mg ephedra group alkaloids) Acacia Rigidula 70% (leaves) Theobroma Cocoa Extract Phenylethylamine HCL Citrus Aurantium/Synephrine 30% Extract (fruit) (10mg of Synephrine group alkaloids) Green Tea Extract (leaves) Yohimbe Extract (Bark) Naringen (fruit) 6 - 7 Dihydroxy Bergamottin (fruit) Caffeine (anhydrous) - 80 mg

Other Ingredients:
Microcrystalline Cellulose Dextrose Sodium Starch Glucolate Magnesium Stearate Stearic Acid FD&C Blue # 1 FD&C Red # 40

Directions

Take 1 tablet three times daily. Do not exceed 4 tablets in any 24 hour period

I have taken this before with good results. I never took more than 2 a day.
